Having been opened from October 2019, Da Nang branch is an ideal working environment for not only IT executives in the Central region but also foreign interns.

Since January 2020, Da Nang branch has welcomed three foreign interns from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia to work at different positions. This is an activity in the long-term development strategy of CMC Global, investing in training in many aspects, creating favorable conditions for young employees to study and develop their own capacity at the company, thus contributing to give customers the best services and high quality human resources.

Being chosen among 50 interns from the same university, they had undergone an evaluation to work at different positions. On very first days, they were carefully instructed in labour regulations as well as an overview of the work and projects Da Nang branch was implementing.

During the internship at Da Nang branch, the three interns have had opportunities to experience working at Java Developer and UX/UI Developer positions. The mentors have been Mr. Pham Van Hung and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuy from DU7. Besides, the interns have also taken part in recreational activities at CMC Global Da Nang. The branch has brought them numerous interesting experience, from friendly welcome of CMC Global staff to traditional Lunar New Year and local culinary culture, to name but a few.

We were taught wholeheartedly about the specialized skills and knowledge, even how to speak Vietnamese. Now i now how to spell “hello” and “delicious” in Vietnamese.“- Nick shared. Meanwhile, Alena – the girl said “People here are so friendly. I can described the branch as a warm family. There are not any barriers between us.”. “Recently the coronavirus outbreak has been so complicated. I feel happy because all my friends here are willing to share with me medical masks and remind me to use hand sanitizer frequently.“, Rouke added. Those sharing are enough to make anyone feel that the Danang branch and CMC Global in general deserves an ideal environment for personal development.

After a month of internship at CMC Global, they will return to their country and continue their studying. It is expected that in the future, Da Nang branch will welcome more students to intern on comtor, especially those from Japan.
